Villa Balta balta policies

1. Apartments in the Villa Balta balta are available for booking all year round.

2. Apartments are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure.

3. Smoking inside the premises is prohibited.

4. Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

5. The guest is liable for damage caused within the apartment or within the villa’s territory (breakage of windows, sanitary equipment, furniture, damage to appliances resulting from uses other than intended use, etc.) as specified in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. The guest must respect the rest of other guests and refrain from behaviour disturbing the peace and quiet of other guests.
