Once you get on board a ferry, you get into a holiday mood and feel good and relaxed ... Holiday time ... We are a family who loves Nida. Our love for this perfect and unique corner of nature inspired the idea of creating a pretty and harmonious place for rest.

Villa Balta balta is in the heart of Nida’s old town, in Lotmiškio street. This is a fisherman’s house 222 sq. m in area which was fully repaired and refurbished in 2010–2011. The interior is white, and it is cosy, clean and nice inside the house. We created this home with assistance from a professional architect and used high-quality natural finishing materials. The villa houses three apartments: one on the first floor, the other two on the second floor. Currently the villa can accommodate 10-12 people at a time. The apartments are provided with air conditioners, TV, wireless internet access, kitchens with cookers, refrigerators, and with sanitary facilities with showers, WC, and heated floor. We encourage our guests to spend beautiful and quiet evenings outdoors. They can use two rest areas with outdoor furniture and parasols. Our guests can park their cars in the yard next to the house.

The villa is only within a five minute walk from the centre of the town and the lagoon, and a 20 to 30 minute walk from the sea.
